Directions For Use

• Apply sufficient quantity of Orthomol Gel on the affected area in circular motion and gently massage until it is absorbed completely. Repeat this 3-4 times daily, or as directed by Physician.
• In case of chronic pain like severe joint pain, rheumatoid arthritis, osteo-arthritis, scatia, gout, lower back pain etc. take one Orthomol Capsule twice daily, before meals, preferably with lukewarm water for at least 1 month.
