Directions For Use

• Take 1 Orthomol Capsule twice daily before meals, preferably with lukewarm water, for at least 1 month.  For best results, Orthomol Capsule course can be continued for 3-6 months, or as directed by a physician.
• In case of chronic pain like severe joint pain, rheumatoid arthritis, osteo-arthritis, sciatica, gout, lower back pain, etc. it is a must to apply Orthomol Oil along while taking Orthomol Capsules.
